Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines when handling food products.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
