**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor service technicians, providing guidance on automotive repair and maintenance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide estimates, and explain services performed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining records of all financial activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service sales through upselling additional services.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service department.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Experience in cash handling and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $48,917.91-$93,075.00 per year
