**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety.
- Document production data accurately, including output levels, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly for resolution.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production needs.

Nous recherchons un opérateur dévoué et compétent pour rejoindre notre équipe. L'opérateur sera chargé de superviser le fonctionnement des machines et de l'équipement, en veillant à ce que les processus de production se déroulent sans heurts et de manière efficace. Responsabilités

Exploiter et surveiller les machines et équipements de production afin de garantir des performances optimales.

Effectuer l'entretien courant et le dépannage de l'équipement selon les besoins.

Respecter les protocoles de sécurité et maintenir un environnement de travail propre afin de promouvoir la sécurité sur le lieu de travail.

Documenter avec précision les données de production, y compris les niveaux de production, les temps d'arrêt et les activités de maintenance.

Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de production et respecter les délais.

Aider à former les nouveaux opérateurs au fonctionnement de l'équipement et aux procédures de sécurité.

Signaler rapidement tout problème ou dysfonctionnement aux superviseurs pour qu'ils le résolvent.

**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; une formation technique ou une certification dans le domaine de la conduite de machines est un atout.

Expérience préalable dans un environnement industriel ou de fabrication de préférence.

Solides aptitudes mécaniques et capacité à résoudre les problèmes liés à l'équipement.

Excellent souci du détail et capacité à suivre des instructions avec précision.

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en maintenant des normes de qualité.

Solides compétences en matière de communication et capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe.

Flexibilité pour travailler dans différentes équipes en fonction des besoins de la production.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
