**Overview**
The Red Road Lodge is looking to hire a full or part time Overnight Security Supervisor as the person on duty and responsible for all the Lodge’s safety, security and building operations during overnight shifts centrally located in the Front Desk/Reception area allowing for CTV supervision and monitoring of the building operations, safety, and security for residents.

The Night Supervisor assists the Red Road Lodge’s administration and management by providing leadership and support to all members of the Lodge.

**Responsibilities**
- Previous supervisory experience in a management or a person in charge capacity in a shelter or transitional housing.
- An operational knowledge and proficiency in Building Operations and Safety Systems as well as computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs. Excel a plus.
- Good physical condition with no previous back injuries, capable of lifting 50 lbs unassisted.
- Knowledge, understanding and respect for our homeless community including those who have substance use disorder and/or mental health challenges.
- Knowledge of Emergency fire plan, 911 situations and protocols and RRL protocol regarding overdoses on site.
- Drug testing is mandatory.
- Must have Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record Check.
- References should be provided with resume.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse resident population.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
