**Position Summary**:
This is a full-time position and an opportunity to build your career with a well-known manufacturing company. The Production Scheduler / Planner will be assisting the Production Manager with the preparation of the Assembly and Printing Department schedules. Planning and scheduling of the production require a through understanding of the key processes involved. This position reports to the Production Manager.

**Planning/Scheduling Duties**
- Recording of daily production and adding and removal of jobs to the daily schedule for production
- Consolidation and filing of completed job dockets
- Creation of jobs in Oracle and making the dockets for the jobs
- Printing open order reports to assist with scheduling
- Working closely with customer service to make sure that customer demands are met
- Keeping a close eye on inventory levels in Oracle
- Communicate all day-to-day production matters with the Production Manager & Customer Service.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Position Requirements and Qualifications**
- Quick learner with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Good understanding of operations, production, and warehouse functions
- Strong capability to manage day to day business.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to manage time & perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to work alone or independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word).
- knowledge of Oracle is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year
