The Repair Technician is expected to make direct contribution to the growth of the company by performing repair and service tasks on many distinct types of electric bikes, electric scooters, and personal electric transportation. This role is a key step to support our aftersales warranty and repair process.
- Diagnose, Inspect for problems in a variety of electric powered personal transportation scooter, wheelchairs, e-bikes, and self-balancing scooters.
- Identify faulty parts and replace them following all Health and Safety Procedures.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure problems are fixed correctly or everything is functioning correctly prior to delivering to customer.
- Complete Work Orders (WO) as work is being progressed with diagnosis and repair update.
- Keep track of all repairs, parts used, backend claimed parts and generate reports on weekly basis.
- Properly recycle used parts, batteries, and other materials according to WHIMIS standards.
- Perform tire / tube changes on bikes, scooters, and electric unicycles
- General help or store maintenance tasks or projects as needed.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment weighting 50lbs. Some bending may be required to put products on repair desk.
- Maintain and organize repair desks and repair area regularly.
- Specific training will be provided on products. Former experience with electric, electronics and mobility scooters or in any technical repair field will be preferred.
- Must be bendable, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to grow with company. Knowledge of variety of tools will be preferred. Able to use small hand tools.

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
