We are seeking a full time **Project Coordinator** to join our **Winnipeg **Branch **for a **10-Month Term**.

**Job Summary**:
Project Coordinators are responsible for accurate transfer of data from the estimating software to our ERP software ensuring all costing and selling prices line up between the two software platforms. They ensure that material is ordered, fabricated and delivered to the customer based on the project timelines. Project Coordinators are responsible for accurate reporting through the ERP system as well as closing out contracts at the end of projects. This is all done within the confines of the company's Mission, Vision and Values.

**Duties**
- Coordinate accurate ordering/sourcing/itemizing of materials for project in a timely manner; be aware of general contractor’s schedule and achieve lowest cost freight
- Create accurate shop orders based on approved shop drawings
- Coordinate quality checks on all product before it is turned over to customer
- Manage on-time scheduling shipping of materials for project; outsource outbound freight
- Process purchase order acknowledgements in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt billings and ensure accuracy with contract and change orders issued
- Participate in project postmortems and identify successful and unsuccessful processes within the project.
- Provide exceptional customer service; build relationships with industry members
- Communicate with general contractor as it relates to product delivery
- Other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- DHI courses, designation is an asset
- College diploma in related field or equivalent work-related experience

**Work Conditions**:

- Some travel to visit customers, construction sites, attend site meetings, measuring openings, consulting on site conditions.
