**Keg Line Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Efficiently performs line startups and shutdowns
- Maintains all filler operations; ensures all equipment and machinery is operated according to established standards, and is maintained in good working order
- Operates video jet equipment
- Ensures quality assurance standards are maintained; using knowledge of production quality standards, halts the filler operation if unsatisfactory finished goods are present, and notifies management
- Maintains Production Summary records, identifies information needs and problems, and recommends improvements
- Communicates packaging goals and schedule with supervisor, packaging manager and logistics manager
- Maintains a clean working area and performs daily housekeeping tasks
- Communicates with clients to ensure all packaging requirements are completed, when required
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- A minimum of 1 year of Machine Operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lb
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to take initiative and work in a self-motivated, independent manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand production environment
- Knowledge of the guidelines of quality management in a production setting
- Strong mathematics skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, afternoon, and night shifts, and overtime hours when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work well as part of a team
- Prior Filler Operations experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
