Crafting Highlights Lead and coach an operation of a functional area, applying robust people‑management practices and building the capability of the team(s). Build and maintain plans and standards around safety and quality. Lead departmental operations in one of the Packaging formats (Bottle, Can or Keg) toward a high‑performance team culture and drive change‑management initiatives. Contribute to the operations‑manager group on site, developing short‑term tactics and brewery strategy over a 5‑year horizon. What You’ll Be Brewing Develop and lead execution of the Line 90‑Day Plans to address losses and build capability. Coach and mentor the team to deliver departmental KPIs the right way, aligned to the World Class Supply Chain 2.0 pillars; identify talent needs and develop plans to close gaps. Develop, monitor and embed systems and processes to optimize efficiency, quality and delivery through the removal of waste in all forms. Own Planned Stop Execution and have monthly review accountability of Line Master Plans and results. Key Ingredients Proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment. Evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives. Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, acting with appropriate urgency to market events and trends. Confident, professional, and exercising great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships. Motivated leader who inspires others and respects commitments to obtain optimal results through respect and development. Skilled negotiator focused on the client; constant curiosity fosters an innovative style and execution of ideas. 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.
