**Duties**:

- Conduct patient consultations to diagnose illnesses and provide appropriate treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Perform in-office procedures such as suturing
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention strategies
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

**Qualifications**:

- The applicant must be either:
1- on the CPSA's Provisional Register **(Sponsorship Available)**

**or**

2- Good standing with CPSA/CCFP and maintain an active license to practice in Alberta

Pay: $400,000.00-$600,000.00 per year
