Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our product management team to help streamline and improve the product team's work, driving a more consistent approach to managing processes, product roadmap, and shared tools while strategically connecting and communicating the teams' everyday work to our business outcomes. You will enable improved collaboration and better cross-functional alignment, especially with go-to-market teams and executive leadership. Working closely with the larger product team, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure our product strategy is aligned and effectively communicated, telling our larger business impact story both internally and externally.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop unified and consistent product team processes, guidelines, and resources for developing and communicating business impact, product roadmap, user stories, success metrics, customer feedback loops, and team tools
- Own a coherent product roadmap showcasing the outcomes the product team is striving toward and how they support the organization's overarching goals.
- Ensure there is regular communication across teams and executives so everyone is aligned on business objectives and the product team's role in supporting them
- Collect and communicate both qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside the product team. Including product usage, customer feedback, feature requests, and support tickets as well as data from GTM teams
- Support the product team in defining and pursuing their objectives, driving team effectiveness, consistency, and operational excellence across team workflows

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- 5+ years of experience focused on operations within product management, product marketing, strategy, or consulting
- High EQ and experience influencing stakeholders with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understands how products get built; ideally understands agile and lean methodologies
- Strong collaboration and problem solving skills, with the ability to work well with ambiguity and define your own path

**Nice to haves**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
