**_This position is eligible to join the company medical benefits plan after 3 months of continuous employment, and profit-sharing plan after 1 year of employment._**

**Shift Time**:Days (Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm) with some Saturdays

Wage raises after 3 to 6 months of continuous employment, with opportunity for faster advancement based on job skill

**JOB PURPOSE**

Assist Service Technicians in performing their daily tasks

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Service Technicians with loading glass products and parts safely onto truck
- De-glaze windows on job site
- Change glass and assist when required
- Replace and reinstall Pollard products (windows, doors, screens)
- Set up ladder and scaffold with Technician
- Caulk windows using silicone spray and silicone sealant
- Clean up and assist when required with the disposal of any debris on the job site and within the truck
- Return any borrowed products back to their designated area

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing and production experience is an asset
- Working from Heights Training is an asset

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES**:

- Able to speak, write, read, and understand English
- Able to use wide range of hand tools, power tools, vibrating tools, air tools, putty knife, suction cups, pry bar, hammer, chisel, cordless drill, grinder, Sawzall
- Able to work independently and in team setting
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Working from heights (Preferred but not Required)
- Lifting anywhere from ½ lb - 100 lbs throughout the day
- Manual dexterity, bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, squeezing, pulling, and pushing
