Banff Park Lodge Hotel is home to two of Banff's top restaurants:

- Crave Mountain Grill, our well loved breakfast buffet offering the usual favourites and then some.
- La Terrazza, Banff's number 1 rated Italian restaurant with authentic cuisine and seasonal changing menu.

We are looking for a full-time professional Line Cook.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Aspiring to become an apprentice
- One year of experience in a kitchen required, hotel restaurant cooking is an asset
- Prepares high quality food and follows superior sanitation standards
- Is physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
- Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
