**Evening Line Cook - Join the Team at Coyotes Southwestern Grill**

Coyotes Southwestern Grill is seeking an experienced **Evening Line Cook** to be part of our kitchen crew. We’re looking for someone reliable and confident in a fast-paced line environment who can take ownership of the closing shift.

**About the Role**:

- Evening shifts begin at 4:00pm and go until close (10:00pm), followed by cleanup and closing duties (approx. 1 additional hour).
- You’ll be responsible for shutting down and securing the restaurant at the end of each night.
- This role can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability.

**What We're Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen (more is a bonus).
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- A team player who communicates well and keeps things running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard using our established recipes.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized.
- Help deliver a smooth and efficient dinner service by working closely with other cooks and chefs.

**Additional Info**:

- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada—we are not offering foreign worker sponsorship at this time.
- No staff accommodation is available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
