**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our swim school team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a customer experience representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive and memorable experience with our swim school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries, complaints, and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Take ownership of client problems and create a transparent dialogue with them until a satisfactory solution is found.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding lesson changes, scheduling, and other client-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database.
- Ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved within a reasonable time frame and to the client's satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address potential client issues or concerns before they become problems.
- Provide a high level of support to our clients and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the management team.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace and CRM software.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
