Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

- Serves customers by providing information and resolving problems.
- Answers questions and assists customers with creating and maintaining online accounts.
- Accepts Auction consignments and assists customers with paperwork.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Processes payments, assists and directs customers to pick up their goods.
- Maintains customer accounts by processing payments.
- Maintaining inventory accounts of auction assets.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- 2 years customer service experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
