Customer Service Representative

We're growing Exciting opportunity to become part of the TEAM.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

- Serve customers by providing information and resolving problems.
- Answer questions and assist customers with creating and maintaining online accounts.
- Accept Auction consignments and assist customers with paperwork.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Process payments, assist and direct customers to pick up their goods.
- Maintain customer accounts by processing payments.
- Maintain inventory accounts of auction assets.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- 2 years customer service experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Work remotely
- No

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Drayton Valley, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
