Are you a creative and skilled balloon artist with a passion for crafting whimsical and imaginative balloon sculptures? We are seeking a talented Freelance Balloon Artist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Freelance Balloon Artist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic talents and create delightful balloon creations that bring joy to people of all ages.

**Requirements**:
**Balloon Artistry Expertise**: Proven experience and expertise in creating a variety of balloon sculptures and decorations, showcasing a strong artistic ability.

**Creativity**: Imagination and innovative thinking to develop unique and captivating balloon designs that stand out.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and precision of each balloon creation.

**Communication**: Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences, discuss design ideas, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Time Management**: Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver projects punctually.

**Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to different event themes, client requests, and working conditions.

**Reliability**: Consistency in delivering high-quality balloon art and maintaining professionalism throughout interactions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Balloon Sculpting**: Utilize your artistic flair to create a wide range of balloon sculptures, including animals, characters, decorations, and more, based on client requests and event themes.

**Event Collaborations**: Collaborate with event planners, party organizers, and clients to understand their specific balloon art needs and execute designs that align with their vision.

**Custom Creations**: Design and produce custom balloon pieces that cater to individual client preferences and event requirements.

**Efficient Execution**: Work efficiently and effectively to produce high-quality balloon art within designated time frames, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting event schedules.

**Client Interaction**: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to discuss design concepts, provide recommendations, and offer excellent customer service throughout the creative process.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest balloon art trends, techniques, and designs to enhance your artistic skills and bring fresh ideas to your creations.

**Transportation and Setup**: Responsible for transporting finished balloon creations to event locations and setting up the displays as needed.

**Documentation**: Maintain records of completed projects, including photographs, designs, and client feedback, for portfolio development and future reference.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
