We offer **guaranteed hours** and a **highly competitive wage** (dependent on experience), plus up to a **$5,000 signing bonus**. Chrysler experience is required.

**Your Role**:
As our Shop Foreman, you'll take the lead in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our service department. This role blends leadership with technical expertise, giving you the chance to:

- Supervise, mentor, and inspire the service team to achieve their best.
- Uphold and enforce strict safety and quality standards.
- Manage work orders, quotes, and reports with precision.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
- Support operations by stepping into a hands-on Service Technician role when necessary.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Bring**:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for leadership and a commitment to excellence:

- A high school diploma (post-secondary education in a mechanical or technical field is a plus).
- **3+ years of experience** in a supervisory role within the automotive industry.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
- Chrysler experience is required.
- Red Seal certification or significant tenure as a skilled mechanic.
- Proven mechanical proficiency in gas and diesel repair.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
