**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls and provide customers with an extraordinary experiece
- Perform outbound calls to schedue vehicle service appointments and inform customers of campaigns and specials
- Open/close work orders for vehicle repair

**Qualifications**:

- two (2) years of customer service or call centre experience
- ability to professionally and proactively perform outbound calls to customers
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- must be able to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
- Secondary School Diploma
