The new employee will have excellent attention to detail, understand and act with urgency with all communication, follow-up on appointments, scheduling and Customer service communications.

Our dispatchers handle such items as Medical technologies devices, Retail Fixtures, Point of Purchase displays, Eye ware supplies, Heating and Environmental services. You will be required to create or execute logistic solutions for distributions across Canada and the USA for some of our top profile clients.

Our customers have come to expect our professionals to exceed their expectations, and maintain a service levels daily on every shipment we handle for them.

This is a fast paced, hands on position an requires employee to think on their feet daily for adjustments, working with delivery crews, installers, and technicians for multiple deliveries daily.
- Qualifications required to fill this position:

- Ability to calculate Rates based on costing matrix
- Excellent knowledge measurement calculations per pallet dimensions
- per foot trailer calculation
- conversions for inches, lbs & foot measurements to determine loads booking
- Flawless time management for booking, advance calls to set up deliveries, tracking linehaul and local time sensitive delivery dates..
- Excellent customer service skills for updating, handling issues, reporting on mass distributions that will meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinate USA line haul and local pick ups and ability to forecast similar loads for consolidations and deliveries.
- Collaborate and offer assistance to team members other NuQuest Divisions.
- Coordinate all Daily pickups and deliveries with to dock staff and trucking division regarding paperwork, load patterns, delivery schedules for your deliveries.
- Responsible for all cost analysis, collection of all associated charges, POD and documentation to finalize load process and billing.
- Data entry of accurate information in company database including shipment tracking, and all associated billing charges for each load

**Must Have**
- Minimum of 2 years of LTL dispatch or Logistics experience
- Impeccable Attention to Detail for both written and oral communications.
- Strong ability to work with numbers and calculations.
- Ability to multi task and work independent or in a team environment.
- Excellent time management, retention of information, organizational and planning skills
- Computer literacy
