**Rismat (FloorGuard) Matting Systems** is a small commercial and residential matting manufacturer, wholesaler, and distributor with offices in Markham, Ontario, and Shanghai China.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Rismat has distribution points in more than 30 countries around the world, servicing homeowners, businesses, retailers, governments, mass transit, hospitals, office buildings, apartments, and other customers with our unique line of matting systems.

We are in need of a **Warehouse and Installation Coordinator**to assist our growing business in the Greater Toronto Aarea and beyond, working from our office in Markham, ON. We are looking for someone who will grow into the position and be flexible enough to take on varying tasks on a day-to-day basis.

In this role, the warehouse coordinator will become proficient at:

- the Rismat Matting System and our core beliefs,
- contributing to sales and corporate goals,
- coordinating delivery and installation of mat orders
- completing matting installations off-site
- packaging online orders
- managing the main warehouse’s stock and inventory,
- shipping and receiving orders,
- Other duties as assigned
- A learning, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Customer-facing experience
- Full ‘G’ licence with clean driving abstract
- Excellent English Communication
- PC and Windows Suite knowledge
- Warehouse experience (lift truck certification would be an asset)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Previous flooring or construction experience
- Certified First Aid and CPR certificate, or be willing to take courses
- Safety footwear is required

Rismat will offer the following compensation:

- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Some weekend and night work required
- Starting wage negotiable
- Year-End bonus structure

- Access to work vehicle for calls
- Casual work environment

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Experience**:

- warehouse / construction : 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full G - Canadian driver's license (required)
