Business Analyst

**Duties**:

- Develop and update curriculum content for business analysis training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Create engaging and effective learning materials including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments.
- eliver training sessions through various formats such as classroom teaching, online webinars, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide practical insights and real-world examples to illustrate theoretical concepts and methodologies.
- Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment that encourages participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Mentor and support participants throughout their learning journey, offering guidance on career development and professional growth in the field of business analysis.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, group discussions, and Q&A sessions to address participant queries and challenges.
- Assess participant performance and progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and project evaluations.

**Skills**:Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in diverse industries, with a proven track record of successful project implementations and stakeholder management.

Significant experience as a Business Analyst Instructor or corporate trainer, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proficient in business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Visio, IBM Rational Suite, JIRA) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
