**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize Procore construction management software for project tracking and reporting including the daily log.
- Develop & manage micro-schedules for each block in conjunction with the Project Director and the overall project's schedule.
- Collaborate with project coordinators, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and completion of the works.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality control and adherence to the Subcontracts, Drawings & Specifications.
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall project, which includes Excavation, Foundations, Framing, M&E Rough-In, Drywall & Envelope works, as well as overseeing the Finishing Superintenents completions and occupancy.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Site Superintendent on Low Rise Residental Projects in the GTA.
- Experience with at least 2 Stacked or Back-To-Back Townhome projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore, Excel, Outlook & Bluebeam.
- Strong background in quality control practices, budgeting, blueprint reading.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficency with OBC, Tarion & OHSA Regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
