Company Overview:
One of Toronto's leading General Contractors is growing and is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join their ICI division focused on Interior retrofits located in Toronto, ON

**Requirements**:

- Preparation of the project schedule;
- lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work closely with Project Manager and update of any anticipated delays, or changes in the scope of work;
Skills and Experience:

- ICI renovation construction experience, with experience leading project values of $5- $10Million
- 5+ years experience working for a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with

Project Management, Scheduling, Site Super, Site Superintendent, Site Manager, Site Supervision, Manager, ICI, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, New Build, Renovations, Retrofits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $107,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
