**Job Summary**
- answering telephones
- calling customers to book, confirm service appointments and up sell services
- verify service history
- answering general service inquiries

**Job Type / Category**

Full Time hours, 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- **Fluently Bilingual (French and English)**:

- Service experience in Dealership preferred
- Provide excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of automobile industry is an asset
- Understands the use of computer software
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- High level of organizational skill
- Self-sufficient

All customers and employees must wear masks in all public areas and complete screening questionnaire prior to entering service area. Valets to disinfect vehicles upon arrival and departure. Common surface areas disinfected regularly

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

- French (required)
