**Field Sales Representative
- Home Entertainment**
Match Retail is seeking a passionate Field Sales Representative for its LG Client with a broad knowledge of home entertainment to promote brand awareness for our global client. As a Field Sales Representative, you will build and manage client relationships at the corporate, dealer and retail level by coaching, training and supporting various vendors, retail locations and dealers.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day client liaison at a retail level
- Foster strong relationships with retailers
- Provide coaching to Sales Representatives
- Training of Retailer Staff
- Conduct Pre
- Scheduled training sessions weekly
- Provide Sales Assists at locations weekly
- Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market
- Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training
- Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required
- Ensuring stock levels of merchandise meets product demand and report back
- Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market
- Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
- Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG
- Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field
- Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
- Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Entertainment sector
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales
- Experience in being a Field Sales Representative preferred
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives
- Available to travel within the market.

**Additional Info**:
- 40h / week, 5 days including weekends
- Base Salary + Car Allowance, + Mobile Phone, + Bonuses and more

Match Retail recherche un Représentant des ventes sur le terrain passionné pour son client LG, avec une vaste connaissance du divertissement à domicile, afin de promouvoir la notoriété de la marque pour notre client mondial. En tant que Représentant des ventes sur le terrain, vous établirez et gérerez des relations avec les clients au niveau des entreprises, des détaillants et des revendeurs en formant, entraînant et soutenant divers fournisseurs, points de vente et revendeurs.
**Responsabilités**- Gérer la liaison quotidienne avec le client au niveau du point de vente.- Cultiver des relations solides avec les détaillants.- Former les Représentants des ventes.- Former le personnel des détaillants.- Organiser des sessions de formation programmées chaque semaine.- Fournir un soutien aux ventes dans les points de vente chaque semaine.- Recueillir des analyses de marché et rapporter les tendances du marché concernant la perception du produit.- Planifier et organiser des réunions de formation et de lancement pour garantir que tous les groupes client/détaillant soient capables de démontrer leur connaissance du produit et bénéficient de la formation nécessaire.- Offrir un soutien aux ventes en conseillant les détaillants si nécessaire et en fournissant des consultations sur les produits.- Assurer que les niveaux de stock des produits répondent à la demande et faire des rapports.- Soutenir les initiatives marketing en maintenant un contact direct avec les points de vente.- Résoudre les problèmes affectant l'intégrité et la présence de la marque.- Fournir des retours au Responsable régional des ventes sur le terrain et au support LG.- Aider à la planification Go To Market et aux activités promotionnelles sur le terrain.- Installer du matériel promotionnel et soutenir les revendeurs lors d'événements et de programmes incitatifs.- Fournir des conseils stratégiques pour ti
