**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Tanning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while promoting our tanning products and services. Your expertise in retail sales and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations tailored to their needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about tanning options and skincare products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tanning areas and equipment.
- Offer expert advice on tanning practices (completion of SmartTan certification is required).
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the client experience and promote additional services.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and processing transactions.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services roles is essential.
- Background in retail sales preferred, with a focus on beauty or wellness products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A commitment to maintaining sanitation standards within the workplace.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.07 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
