Overview
The general labor carry out various tasks related to the processing of our products, while maintaining all requirements as per (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures, Health & Safety, (GMP) General Manufacturing Practices and comply with all Company Policies.
Will demonstrate promote and exemplify the Company’s Core Values in Safety, People, Quality/ Food Safety and Growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with company safety standards, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment’s)
- Ensure cleaning and preparing a job site
- Perform loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform various tasks on different production lines, as required
- Ensure product compliance to established standards
- Ensure output per standards (quality, speed, etc.)
- Perform all related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor
- Effective implementation and adherence to company’s Food Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures including but not limited to SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure food safety and quality of products manufactured.
- To take part in Lean Manufacturing/GPS (Guenther Productivity System) and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in developing Standard work, OPLs ( One Point Lesson), and Centerlines.
- Performs other duties as requested by Production Supervisor or Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (6-8 degrees) or hot humid conditions
- Ability to work in a standing position
- Ability to perform repeated tasks
- Demonstrate punctuality and a good attendance record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
