The position of ‘Service Account Manager’ is a skilled role, in which the Account Manager focuses on growing the Service business through building and maintaining relationships. This position is also responsible at times for estimating the cost to supply products and services in order to complete the repairs needed. This position works closely with the service manager in order to keep up to date with the department workload, customer leads and communication within the team. As this role is dedicated to Service operations you will be required to respond to multiple requests and prioritize accordingly.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Working in high performance sales team and interfacing with new and existing customers
- Coordinating with the National Sales team on national sales and local opportunities
- Assisting current and new customers with their building envelope service needs.
- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
- Attend association, industry, and networking events to promote Flynn and the services we provide.
- Organizing and attending to customer needs at their work site to facilitate quotations, future presentations and to generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and estimate costs to generate quotations and follow up with customers in order to close sales
- Promote the Flynn Brand and the Service model

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Applicants with a basic understanding of construction and construction principles is an asset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role
- Experience and ability to read and interpret customer drawings
- Clear understanding of contract documents
