**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Food Production Manager** to oversee all operations in our **case-ready rooms**. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality preparation of case-ready meat products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all activities in case-ready rooms including cutting, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment
- Manage and support production staff, including team leads and quality assurance personnel
- Ensure compliance with CFIA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs related to productivity, yield, and quality; identify and implement improvements
- Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and raw material usage
- Ensure consistent output to meet retail and foodservice customer requirements
- Prepare production reports and support senior management with strategic planning

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in food or meat processing, preferably in case-ready operations
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and production processes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP or production software systems is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage, but not required

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
