**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, screeners and grinders safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using farm machinery and other equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Follow all operational guidelines and regulations to promote safety on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with John Deere machinery.
- Familiarity with loader operation & excavators is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
