**WANTED - National Operations Manager**

SafeSmart Access Canada is an innovative manufacturer of the safest, and most efficiency height access equipment.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ERP systems and Inventory Management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized; functional in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications along with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience with international shipping.
- Previous experience in a similar industry.

Position Location: Milton, Ontario.

**Salary**: $52,683.51-$116,956.12 per year
