**Assistant Clinical Manager (Part-Time) - Solange Medical Aesthetics Ottawa (NEW location)**

**Location**: Ottawa, ON (on-site only)
**Compensation**: $25-$27 per hour
**Schedule**: Part-time, a few days per week

Solange Medical Aesthetics is a growing medspa located in Ottawa, specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, skincare, and other advanced aesthetic treatments. With over 40 years of combined experience, our team of nurses and licensed medical aestheticians is dedicated to providing a Parisian-inspired, luxury client experience. We take pride in offering honest, high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a **part-time Assistant Clinical Manager** to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ottawa clinic. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the medical aesthetics industry. You’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, support staff, and maintain an excellent client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Support and supervise clinical and front desk staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training team members
- Manage inventory and supply orders
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and follow-up care
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, promotions, and new services
- Handle client or staff concerns professionally and promptly
- Communicate regularly with management and attend meetings as needed

**Qualifications**
- Strong sales background and customer service experience preferred
- medical, aesthetics or nursing background an asset but not required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, medspa, or healthcare setting an asset
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work on-site (no remote work)
