**Your challenge**

The Production Supervisor ensures the optimal management of occupational health and safety, target production sequence and product compliance with quality standards. Closely monitor operating parameters and, if necessary, develop an action plan to close performance gaps or resolve anomalies.

Build a mobilized and competent team and support their production efforts while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. As a result, contribute to the achievement of the unit's manufacturing objectives by positively influencing the adoption of healthy and safe behaviours, operating costs, performance, and production capacity and quality.

- 2-3 years of experience in supervision and the manufacturing sector OR 3-5 years of experience in a team lead role in the manufacturing sector
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills to quickly understand needs and issues
- Ability to act and react quickly while working on a number of projects at the same time
- Leadership to cultivate a culture of OHS accountability
- Sound judgment and the courage to make the necessary decisions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
