Ohspa Social Media

**Objective**:
Ohspa is built upon friendly, professional service, a soothing, light environment and high quality natural organic products. As we strive to be at the forefront of a complex and vastly changing industry, we are looking for a dynamic social media/guest services associate, a real people-person with an appreciation for our brand. We are looking for someone who is passionate about client interaction, breathing our brand into social media and helping our spa operate at the highest possible level of customer and team satisfaction.

Critical to our Spa’s success, our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook. We love to feature our staff, products and fun times at the spa in a light and informative way.

Additionally, we want to ensure the very best customer service for our guests. This entails embracing a “front-of-house“ focus, leveraging our booking system and creating a trusting relationship with our clients while building relationships with our practitioners and aestheticians.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS**
- Proficient in posting from mobile phone and desktop
- Ability to work on Airtable for post reviews - training provided
- Participate in Content Planning Sessions
- Experience with producing Stories, Reels, engaging post copy, hashtag usage
- Good eye for video and stills
- Outgoing personality to engage those we feature on social media

**GUEST SERVICES FOCUS**
- Collaborate: Support and collaborate with the Ohspa Manager.

(Ex. In the absence of Spa Manager, complete necessary duties outlined on manager’s daily / weekly / monthly checklist and assist with reviewing and correcting day end reports.)
- Best the Guest Experience: Ensure an efficient guest experience, from booking to check out, while meeting established standards of service.
- Run a Tight Ship: Ensure that all front-of-house policies and procedures are in place and adhered to
- Create Responsible Revenue Growth: Practice the fundamental principles of revenue management and utilize revenue management techniques to maximize bookings and average spend while maintaining high quality guest service.

(Ex. Ensure peak day/hour conversion through training and development of front desk associates.)
- Enjoy Problem Solving: Lead the guest problem resolution processes, to ensure that guest service opportunities are resolved quickly and addressed effectively.
- Communicate: Encourage inter-departmental cooperation and communication so that customer service and overall guest/staff satisfaction are at an optimum.
- Be the Neat Freak: Ensure the spa is tidy and looking its best.
- Bring out the Team’s Best: Assist in facilitating staff meetings and create a positive vibe.

**Preferred Education & Qualifications**:

- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in a spa setting desirable
- 2-3 years retail / social media experience desirable
- Experience in using Point of Sale Systems - Book4Time as an example
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, network systems required
- Strong abilities to prioritize tasks, meet all deadlines, and attention to detail and analytical skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required as are strong customer service focus and problem resolution skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
