Automation & BI Enhancement Specialist (Student Position)

Temporary Full Time
- This a student position that is 4 months in duration (May - August 2025). You must be a student registered in a Canadian College or University._
- This position is for students returning to school after their work term or requiring a placement as requirements for graduation. While not required, preference will be given to students enrolled in a registered Co-op program._
- Assess and analyze existing data sources, reporting processes and automation tools
- Identify opportunities to enhance BI dashboards, reporting structures and workflow automation
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and automation pain points, recommending and executing improvements
- Support in building predictive models, process automation and workflow enhancements
- Assist in data cleansing, transformation, and integration for improved decision-making
- Provide user friendly documentation and training guides for developed solutions

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or a related field
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or other automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage large datasets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self starter with a keen interest in digital transformation and process improvement.
- Should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a team-based atmosphere.
- Should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and should be adaptable to change.
- Have excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

The base salary for this position is between **$40,300 - $67,000** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
