We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your expertise in food handling and safety will ensure that every dish meets our standards of excellence. **Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning up after service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills.
