As a Traffic Control Personnel, you will play a vital role in maintaining order and safety on roads and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include directing traffic, implementing detours, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with our team to coordinate traffic patterns efficiently and minimize disruptions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing traffic to ensure safe and efficient flow
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices
- Implementing detours and lane closures as needed
- Communicating effectively with team members and drivers
- Enforcing safety regulations and procedures
- Responding promptly to emergencies and incidents
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and incidents

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in traffic control or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Certification in traffic control
- Signer Ticket and have been lead hand / foreman on pervious work related to traffic control

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
