**Responsibilities**:

- Under direction, provides clerical and administrative support to management.
- Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch
- Maintain lab inventory, prepare on-line requisitions for inventory re-stocking
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; including timely delivery and pick up of goods to and from nearby customers and event locations
- Support Marketing department event coordination efforts including duties such as setting up materials and presentations, receiving shipments of supplies and assisting in presentations
- All additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
- High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team player is a must
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver license required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

- Vancouver, BC V5M 1C2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
