Brookline Pharmasave in the Parks of West Bedford is locally owned & operated community pharmacy. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Front Store Clerk to work primarily on either Saturday or Sunday each week. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to learn lots, work in a fantastic team environment and who is flexible with shifts.

Some of the Responsibilities of our Front Store Clerk - Customer Service
- Greet guests and answer questions regarding goods or services sold
- Maintain a well-organized and orderly storefront
- Introduce customers to current discounts and offers within the store
- Strive to achieve sales goals and actively seek to upsell when possible
- Properly process returns and air miles while following policy and procedures
- Ensure the stockroom is organized and orderly
- Assist Front Store Supervisor in organizing the front store & ordering products
- Receive orders, merchandise, Stock shelve, manage store displays, Keep track of inventory (May involve bending, kneeling, lifting weights upto 30 lb.)
- Keep the store neat & clean. Cleaning includes taking out trash, cardboards, dusting, mopping floors, and other cleaning duties as necessary
- Operate the cash register, process customer payments, handle cash, debit and credit transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of shift

Some of the required Qualifications
- Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Punctuality and accountability when arriving at work and closing out cash registers
- Attention to detail is essential for merchandising and managing inventories
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive experience for all customers
- A detailed understanding of products or services solid and the ability to correctly answer customer questions as needed
- Ability to multitask and balance the needs of several customers at once is essential
- Basic math skills are needed to accurately close out transactions and provide change to customers
- Ability to solve problems by working independently without an immediate supervisor for extended periods of time and deal with tricky customer situations or possible security issues

We are open 7 days a week, evenings, weekends, and some holidays so the shifts will vary. We pride ourselves in achieving customer loyalty through our people, so we are looking for the best
