Job Summary: Brantford Honda is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating vehicle purchases by assisting customers with financing and insurance options, while also maximizing dealership revenue through the sale of aftermarket products and warranties. Key Responsibilities: - Financing and Insurance: - Assess customer needs and present appropriate financing and insurance options. - Work with lending agencies to secure competitive interest rates. - Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle purchases and leases. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. - Sales and Customer Service: - Explain and sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers. - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals. - Financial Management: - Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales and profit targets as set out by the General Sales Manager. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry news and trends in order to best inform our clients. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. - Training and Development: - Prepare to be trained like you never have been trained before. You will be provided with world class, ongoing training by the best in the business. You will reach levels of performance that you never thought possible. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products. - Excellent sales and negotiation skills. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant financial regulations. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Valid driver's license.
