**About the Role**:
Paramount is seeking a dedicated and hardworking **Labourer** to support our warehouse and service operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, and moving parts and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and operations. If you are a team player, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload trucks; transport items to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Operate forklift and maintain a valid company-issued license.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, confined space practices, and chemical handling.
- Assist with parking lot maintenance and repair.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally); frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and overhead work.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with asphalt repair is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License required (Class 3 License is an asset). Must pass all pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and criminal checks).
