**Regional Maintenance Manager - Residential Division**

**Location**: 8501 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, travel requires across Brampton/Mississauga

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance efforts across multiple properties.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure properties are ready for occupancy.
- Manage budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
- Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
