We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Floater to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained according to industry standards. **Responsibilities**
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure timely availability of sterilized instruments.
- Analyze sterilization processes and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Provide support in other areas of the dental practice as required, including data entry and customer service tasks.
- Uphold phone etiquette while interacting with patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Engage in upselling services when appropriate, utilizing strong sales techniques.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual skills, especially in Spanish language, are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is necessary for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and respond appropriately under pressure.
