Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for:
- Day-to-day operations of Mongo’s Grill Kenaston, ensuring overall success of restaurant
- Staff management, including hiring, training and scheduling
- Ensuring top-tier guest service at all times
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
