**About the Role**

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable **General Labourer** who is physically strong and mentally prepared to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions. This role requires consistent heavy lifting (up to 50-60 lbs) and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting ground operations by placing wooden powder around trees, lifting and moving wooden blocks, and performing other outdoor labour-related duties as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use shovels and other hand tools to place wooden powder around trees.
- Lift, carry, and move wooden blocks and other heavy materials (up to 50-60 lbs).
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Physically strong and able to lift up to 50-60 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to start at 7:30 AM.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous general labour or outdoor work experience is an asset but not required.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive pay of **$17.00 per hour**.
- Full-time, steady Monday to Friday schedule.

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
