**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Demonstrate products and provide detailed information to enhance customer understanding.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to speak Mandarin and or Cantonese
- Work 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and sales techniques.
