**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, including gathering relevant documentation and conducting research.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance records.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project coordination or administration, preferably in the energy industry.
- Familiarity with energy systems, technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and green energy initiatives (preferred).

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
