**Position Summary**:
The **National Contracts & Sales Coordinator** plays a vital role in managing contract processes and providing sales support to ensure smooth operations across both functions. Key responsibilities include contract administration—such as implementing a tracking system to monitor revenue-generating activities, renewal timelines, and other relevant requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful contract implementation.
In addition, the Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the sales team, including tracking sales progress, coordinating internal processes, and assisting with sales documentation. This position is crucial for improving sales efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and aligning contract and sales operations with the company’s strategic goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer contracts, including tracking revenue-generating activities, renewal timelines, and other key requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of contract terms.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tracking sales progress and processing commissions.
- Coordinate internal sales processes to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and contract-related activities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of RFP responses, including reviewing RFPs, coordinating team input, drafting, editing, and submitting proposals.
- Implement and monitor CRM systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of contract management and sales operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Previous experience in contract administration or sales support is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
